5G CAR EXPECTED RESULTS

What can we expect?

  • Entitlement to enable a vehicle to make transceivers following standards 802.11p and 5G (services now not available on cars) permitting them to implement V2X communications, to access to a series of information from the surrounding environment (other cars enabled to the service, so the communication would be vehicle to vehicle, V2V) and from special infrastructures dedicated to that type of service (Vehicle to infrastructure: V2L);
  • Increase efficiency of the social-sanitary service with the contribution of OLMEDO’s demonstrator;
  • Discovery of new application scenarios towards energy efficiency and environmental sustainability with DULEVO.
